Here’s a simple (healthy) shake recipe adapted from thekitchn.
Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake
makes about 3 shakes
-2 medium bananas (cut into slices + frozen) >> I just froze these overnight
-1.5 cups of low fat milk
-2 tablespoons peanut butter
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/8 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
-2 tablespoons honey (add more or less to taste)
step 1: combine all ingredients in blender and blend til you achieve desired smoothness
step 2: serve in cups + enjoy!
